This three-bedroom Victorian terrace needed a full internal renovation after decades without significant updates. We opened up the ground floor to create a kitchen-diner, rewired and re-plumbed the whole property, and restored original cornicing and fireplaces while bringing the electrics, heating, and insulation fully up to modern standards.
