This prestigious apartment at Wilbraham Mansion, Sloane Square underwent a complete high-end refurbishment, transforming the property into a contemporary luxury home while respecting the character of the building. The centrepiece of the project was the creation of a stunning open-plan kitchen and living space, requiring the removal of a structural load-bearing wall and the installation of a bespoke steel frame. Working within an occupied residential building, our team implemented a carefully engineered temporary support system to safely carry the loads of the apartments above and below while the structural steelwork was installed. Alongside the structural works, we carried out a full refurbishment of the apartment, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout. This project demonstrates our ability to successfully deliver complex structural alterations and luxury residential refurbishments in prestigious Central London properties. By combining engineering expertise with meticulous attention to detail, we created a beautiful contemporary living space finished to the highest standard.
