This exceptional project involved the complete renovation of a large luxury apartment in Glendore House, Mayfair, delivering a bespoke interior finished to the highest standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Working closely with the client and design team, we transformed the property into a contemporary, elegant home, combining premium materials with expertly executed mechanical, electrical, and bespoke joinery installations. A key element was the installation of electric underfloor heating throughout, alongside a concealed air conditioning system serving the three bedrooms and main living area. The apartment features three luxurious en-suite bathrooms, each finished with bespoke marble, comprehensive waterproofing, and precision stone installation, with selected feature walls clad in natural marble for a sophisticated, timeless finish.
