This project involved the complete transformation of an existing two-storey mixed-use building into an exclusive collection of four spacious luxury apartments. The original property comprised commercial retail units on the ground floor with office accommodation on the first floor. Our redevelopment retained the ground floor commercial space while converting the upper levels into four high-specification residential apartments. To maximise the building's potential, we also constructed a full additional second floor, seamlessly integrating it with the existing structure. Each apartment has been carefully planned to offer generous layouts, abundant natural light, and exceptional attention to detail. This project showcases our expertise in complex building conversions, structural extensions, and delivering luxury residential developments that make the most of existing urban properties.
